35% Pinot Meunier / 30% Pinot Noir / 35% Chardonnay
From Montagne de Reims region, this champagne is owned & produced by brothers Raphaël & Vincent Bérêche. Every detail is looked over by the brothers, resulting in a stunning champagne with tons of ripe apple & subtle tropical notes. Great as an aperitif!

2017 Clandestin Les Semblables Boréal 65

100% Pinot Noir
From the extraordinarly talented Benoît Doussot & Bretrand Gautherot…..this is one of the owner’s favorites at the moment! Slightly peachy in colour, zesty red fruits on the palate & with no dosage (no sugar added). A perfect champagne, delicious from the first to last drop!

2014 Emmanuel Brochet, Le Mont Benoit 70

37% Pinot Noir / 33% Pinot Meunier / 30% Chardonnay
Grapes are picked from two hectacres of vineyard gold in Mon Benoit to produce this beauty. It is intensely expressive of its terroir thanks to a briny, oyster-like salivation & rich texture. Commercial champagnes don’t stand a chance!

100% Pinot Noir
Made by the genius behind Clandestin, Bretrand Gautherot & his wife, Hélène. These vines are situated behind their house; they have a deep respect for his terroir which has led to their conversion to biodynamic farming. This champagne has notes of apricot, peach & pear….a delight!

Roses De Jeanne Val Vilaine Blanc de Noirs NV 85

100% Pinot Noir
This champagne is from the greatest living winemaker, Cédric Bouchard. It has fragrances of flowers, red berries & plum fruits. Intense, complex & truly delicious. The production is miniscule, so get it whilst you can!

Jacques Lassaigne Les Vignes de Montgueux Blanc de Blanc NV 85

100% Chardonnay
Jacques Lassaigne’s son, Manu, produces this winner on the hills of Montgueux. Delicate, with ripe citron fruits & exotic notes, it also possesses super fine bubbles, which make it a total hero with all foods!

2015 Bérêche et Fils Campania Remensis Rosé 90

60% Pinot Noir / 30% Chardonnay / 10% Pinot Meunier
This pale rose comes again from brothers Raphaël & Vincent. It is fragrant & floral with delicate aromas of roses, raspberries & pomegranate; similarly the mouth has succulent flavours of strawberry & rhubarb. Superb summer drinking!

2010 Agrapart Minéral Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 125

100% Chardonnay
The Agraparts have been renowned for the quality of their blanc de blancs champagnes for many generations, with Pascal Agrapart taking the reigns in 1985. On the nose, you can smell mangoes & exotic fruits, which follow through on the palate, where ripe peaches show, with toasty, grilled notes (typical of a champagne aged under cork) and hints of truffle & mushroom too. Consistently excellent…..a true champagne
